Description
Finally! I am able to post something, although it is not through my home computer, I'm doing this at work. Shhhhhh. Don't tell anyone.
I shot this on Saturday at the Fullerton Railroad Days in Fullerton, CA. This child's father was trying to snap a photo of him in front of the wheels of the steam locomotive, which is ex AT&SF #3751 for those of you who care to know, and he wouldnt stand still. Those wheels are massive, almost six feet tall!! The child on the other hand is quite small. I was hoping to be able to get some type of good size comparison shot while I was there, but I happened to not bring any small children of my own, lucky for me that this kid showed up. I really love the pose the kid is doing, for some reason it makes me think that he was just standing there, and all of a sudden there was a huge noise of some sort that made him turn around and, BAM! Giant steam locomotive. That's what I like about this one. I hope you enjoy.
Edit: Adjusted sharpness of photograph, I think it is more to my liking, and hopefully to yours as well.
