I've been mustering up motivation to post some more work, but of course my computer breaks right at I get to this point.  Well, lets see if this can get fixed before my motivation disappears.

Yeah, I didn't think so.

Well, I did it.  I got my ass in gear and I got myself a show.  It's a ways off still, but I have plenty of time to prepare.  I think I'll be able to showcase 8-10 pieces of my work, and so far, I have chosen two that I know for sure that I want to use.  My show is scheduled for August 3rd through September 3rd at a local coffee house. :thumb30760432: :thumb75451635: I would love to hear suggestions from all of you as to which pieces catch your eye.  Are there any shots in particular you think should hang in a show? These are some of my personal favorites from my gallery, but let me know what you think looks good, I want your feedback! :t

I'm off to Kansas City next week, July 23-29.  I'll be riding the Southwest Chief.  There should be photos, and they shall be posted when I return.

Well, I'm not sure how many of you have noticed, but I haven't been active much here for a while.  I let my subscription run out and haven't yet replaced it, which I will do when pull together some money.  I just built a new computer, because my old one died.  Its nice to not have to wait so long for it to boot anymore.  On the down side though, my external hard drive that I keep my photographs on messed itself up, and I don't know yet if I'll be able to get them back.  I suppose time will tell.  Well, really I suppose I'm just checking in, so for the few of you who read these, I'm still alive!
